Ten minute summer meal


What does someone who likes to cook make for dinner when she has 10 minutes to cook?

Depends on what's on hand and ready to use. Oh look, it’s an entire ice cream pail filled with tomatoes from my friend Cary’s garden! They are amazing and taste like summer, so my goal is to try not to mess with them too much.

Result: Grilled Tilset cheese and thick sliced tomato, with sliced cucumber and dill, and tomatoes dressed with olive oil and coarse ground salt. And a glass of chilled sustainable white, of course.
